What visual effects involve?

The visual impact of building muscle is essentially a three-stage plan which should take about 6 months, with "bonus stage" at the end.

Phase 1 is primarily about getting the muscles in the right places without being too big. Exercises are in the range of high rep, short rest between sets and the objective is to gain muscle mass as much as possible.

Phase 2 is more about getting the strength and muscle definition, while still adding a size. Exercise at high rep range, rest between sets was short.

Phase 3 is all about power, while shedding excess body fat with Cardio strategic. Exercise at a lower rep range and rest longer between sets.

Bonus Stage is about something called "shrink wrap effect", which is a very smart bodybuilding technique. This is done after the other three phases are over.

It involves a return to higher reps, while increasing the intake of food, after the body fat levels have been lowered. This makes the muscles look very full and the skin "shrink wrapped" around them.

Usually, after losing a lot of body fat, the skin is kind of loose. If you get more muscle quickly, that the loose skin will look very tight.

Perfect bonus stage if you have some sort of event occurs, or if you just want to get some good photos of yourself with very low body fat. It's fun to have some pictures around, just for bragging and self-esteem.

The manual itself is 15 chapters and 75 pages. In it, most of the science behind the advanced training techniques is explained, in language that everyone should be able to understand.

Some of these techniques involve various types of muscle growth (hypertrophy of the sarcoplasmic and myofibril), cumulative fatigue, supplements, how the different rep ranges and rest periods affects muscle growth, and more.

Including the visual impact of building muscle is a great guide full of descriptions of exercises with text and images. It is over 200 pages long and has an index feature so you can quickly find the training you are looking for.

Also included is a chart printed exercises, the exercises, sets, reps, rest periods and guidance for each of the three stages.

Rusty also provides a special report about the actual scientific evidence behind the supplements which he interviews most of the supplement industry experts, about 30 pages.
