This post is for all women out there.

What if I told you that the majority of targeted fitness advice to women is counterproductive to their goals? Unfortunately, it just happens to be happening. The fact of the matter is that men and women have different goals when it comes to achieving a certain look. As a result, they have to train differently. Most women want to achieve a sleek feminine look. So what is the best fitness training for women to achieve this? Surprisingly, there has been a gaping lack of information on this ... Until now.

Which are more attractive female physiques?

Visual Impact of Women: fitness products first of its kind.

Earlier this week, Rusty Moore released his highly anticipated women's fitness products: Visual Impact for Women. Rusty is the author of Building Visual Impact muscle: a strategic program designed for men to help them put the right amount of muscle to reach the "GQ" look less like a bodybuilder, many Hollywood celebrities-like. New course to teach women how to get a sleek slim without excessive muscle tone. While noticeable muscle definitions it is desirable to most men, women may not want to stand out raging biceps or six pack. They would rather have a slim, hourglass-shaped figure with a flat midsection and smooth muscle.

My buddy, but I bought this product for several reasons.

First, everything that has been read by Rusty gold1 so far turned out to be solid. Secondly, I read every product I promote fitness, regardless of whom it was designed for. Visual Impact of Women is no exception. I want to dissect, so I can provide insight on the program comments. Third, I wanted to see if there is valuable information in this course that both men and women can use. I'm not really surprised to find that there is a very good takeaway from this material that everyone can benefit from. The principles taught in this course are worth the price tag alone. Exercise techniques and a great demo too, but they are almost like an added bonus. You can (and should) be tweaked to align with your goals. The true value lies in the theory.

There are so many different aspects of fitness arise in the course, but I want to pick three interesting myths busters appeal to women and highlight them in this post.

Women do not have to encourage their reps to failure if they want to slim down.

Do you coach your hard drive every session to "pump up" the last few reps? Maybe you're listening, rolled them out, and feel proud of yourself afterwards. Training to failure is a good suggestion ... If you want to put on mass. This is true no matter how many reps you do or how heavy you lift. If you want to gain strength without increasing muscle size, which in turn will help you achieve the look feminine slimmed down, and avoids training to failure. I realize this is a controversial suggestion, but it's scientifically proven. Check out this post from Rusty blog, Fitness Black Book, for more information.
